Singles matches will be played November 4-6. All doubles matches will be played November 11-13. You may be scheduled to play more than one match per day due to the time constraints of the tournament and the size of the draws.

Tournament Evaluation Form
This tournament is by invitation only, the top four individuals with the highest point totals in each division of the Utah Tennis Adult Tournament Point Challenge will be invited to participate in the 12th Annual Grand Slam Invitational. Current Adult Tournament Point Challenge point tables are posted at www.utahtennis.com. Matches will be the best of 3 sets, No-Ad scoring, 12 pt. tiebreak at 6 games all.
