Participant Level Requirement

  • Players are expected to at least drop hit serve from the service line over the net, and sustain a modified rally (trapping, bumping, or hitting) to participate. 

Participate in 1 or all of the events. 

 

Cost:  $10 per session

Times: 10am - 11:30am

4Score Junior Match Play is a series of 1 day events. You may register for 1 day or all 7 events.

 

Times: 4:30 - 7:30pm

Age divisions:

  • 9-13 years old - Green dot ball used
  • 14-18 years old - Yellow ball used

This is a recreational event, all skill levels are welcome.

 

Sign up in teams of 4 players.  If you do not have a team of 4, please email Garrett to get on the individual player list gsnyder@ita.usta.com.

 

A player may only play up in the 14-18 age division if half of the team is 14 years or older.

 

Cost is $18 per player per event.

"Live Ball" is match simulation for 10-18 year olds who seek more experience on the courts.  Intermediate and Advanced players meet on Saturday evenings in a series of 6 weeks.

 Live Ball is held Fall and Winter seasons.

For Junior players who are interested in more matchplay opportunites, it's time to sign up for USTA membership.  

USTA offers free one-year junior memberships to new players under 10 years of age. Contact info@utahtennis.com for more information. 

Throughout the year, 10 & Under One Day Futures tournaments and 12-18 Futures tournaments are offered at private clubs throughout the state. Memberships to the clubs are not required to participate in the tournaments.
