Getting Started in Junior USTA Utah Sanctioned Tournaments

There are two different skill levels for players ages 8-18: Open and Challenger.
The Open division is for those junior players who are more experienced and seeking a district ranking. The Challenger division is for those junior players who are not ranked and have not won an open tournament. A junior player may continue in the challenger division until they have won two tournaments. After two tournament wins in the challenger division a player must play in the open division.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
A junior may play in his or her age division until the month they age up
