Gunnar Woller and Michael Cherchio play a LOT of tennis. But, more importantly, they exhibit team spirit, outstanding sportsmanship and a positive attitude both on and off the court. Because of this, Gunnar and Michael each received the Lee Hammel Boys High School Players of the Year award.
Lee Hammel, who coached High School Tennis in Utah at South and East High School for 40 years with over 5 State High School Championship Titles, recently presented his namesake award at the Annual Awards banquet.
