Writer: Utah Tennis AssociationUtah Tennis Association

Every year, USTA publishes the Year-End National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP) ratings. For 2023, the player ratings will be published on November 30th. This number is used to group players according to their tennis playing abilities allowing for competitive league and tournament matchups.

A player receives a Year-End Rating by playing at least three valid matches in Leagues or qualified Tournaments. A player's rating is posted in TennisLink.

You are encouraged to learn more about the NTRP system on the USTA website: Ratings Questions & Answers page at USTA.
