By submitting this form, I am confirming that I have 9 players ready and available to participate in the District Championship, should my team become eligible by any of the following:

• Finish 1st or 2nd in our flight

• Won division in Wild Card Qualifier Tournament

• Receive benefit of wild card invitation by District League Coordinator

Matches may be played during the following time frames: 

Thursday, August 14, 4pm-10pm

Friday, August 15, 8am - 10pm

Saturday, August 16, 8am - 10pm

I understand this is not a formal invitation to the championships. If my team is eligible to compete, I will receive a formal invitation from Ashley Agrelius, District League Coordinator by August 8th.
